Deposits

We have experienced a high increase in the levels of drop outs and no shows.

We will now be asking for deposits of £25 for all appointments (including consultations) in order to secure bookings. This will be taken from the final amount of the appointment.

If after a consultation, the client does not wish to proceed with their appointment, the £25 will be refunded.


Cancellations

For cancellations, we must receive at least 24 hours notice prior to the appointment. If the cancellation falls within the 24 hour period of the booking, the client will be charged 50% of the appointment charge.

In unavoidable circumstances (such as COVID related illness), we will rebook appointments but will not be able to offer a refund.


NAIL BAR  POLICIES

Cancellations

If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to give notice, a full payment will be required in advance of any future bookings.
